1. Q. Mimono does not want to power off!
A. Insert a paper clip or pin in the reset button located on the side of unit.

 

2. Q. Mimono constantly disconnects from cellphone signal.
A. Cellphone input needs cleaning. Remove any lint or debris with a sharp pin or toothpick.

 

3. Q. Mimono will not connect to iPhone.
A-a. Go to settings: scroll down and press face id/passcode; scroll down to accessories and turn on. Finally, shut iPhone off and re-start. Now your iPhone now accepts accessories not made by apple.
A-b. The adapter needs to be an Original Apple product. All others (even if they say apple approved) will NOT work with iPhone for video.

 

4. Q. The sharpness is not sharp.
A. When dropped or changed altitudes, mimono will need sharpness adjustment. Press the menu dongle on the left side of mimono for 4 seconds, with dongle, scroll down to sharpness, press menu dongle, and now adjust sharpness with arrows up and down. Notice the sharpness getting better or worse. Adjust properly and then with menu dongle scroll down to the floppy disk icon (save icon) and save. Now your mimono is sharpened!

 

5. Q. Samsung will not connect to DeX?
A- DeX gets enabled automatically when you connect via HDMI. To fix it you only need to disable Samsung DeX from your settings.
